Builtech Residences Llp

This is Builtech Residences. We’re located at 387 Chittur Road in Palakkad, same as the foundation building. It’s a central spot which makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of the city. We work on residential projects, mostly apartments and homes for local families. The group here is small and we all know each other well. Some of us have been in construction for decades. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a pencil and show people what we can do. Running a business in Palakkad means you have to deal with the weather and sometimes getting materials delivered on time is a bit of a headache. But we’ve been doing it long enough to know how to handle those things. Our office is functional, with plenty of space for maps and site plans. We like being on Chittur Road because it feels like the heart of the town. You’ll see us around quite a bit if you live in the area. We aren't some giant corporation from the city, just a local LLP trying to do good work. Every project is different and has its own set of problems to solve. We just take it day by day and make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It’s honest work and we’re proud to be doing it here. We've been at this for years and plan to stay around.
