Builtech Living Llp

You can find us on Chittur Road, specifically at number 387. We are part of the Builtech Foundation setup here in Palakkad. Our day usually starts early because the sun gets pretty hot in this part of Kerala by midday. We focus on the living side of construction, which basically means we spend our time thinking about houses and how people actually use them. It’s a small office, and we often have boots and measuring tapes lying around. We don't really do the polished sales pitch thing. Usually, we are just talking to contractors or checking on building materials. Palakkad is a good place to work, even if the winds get a bit much sometimes. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we have a small crew that handles the daily tasks. Our address is easy enough to find if you are driving down Chittur Road. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and trying to figure out why things aren't lining up perfectly. It’s a lot of problem-solving. We try to be practical about everything. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the buildings we are involved with are solid. It’s honest work, and we like the community here. If the door is open, someone is usually inside working on a quote. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee.
