Builtech Gateway Ventures Llp is located at 26/387 on Chittur Road. We are right in the Kunnathurmedu area. Our office is inside the Builtech Foundation building. It's a practical spot for us to handle our daily work. We focus on various building projects and ventures around this part of town. It’s not a huge office with a lot of people, just a few of us who have been in the construction world for a bit. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to suppliers. Chittur Road can get quite busy, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We don’t go in for fancy marketing talk. We just do the work that's expected of us and try to keep everything on track. Planning these projects takes time and a bit of patience. We have to deal with a lot of paperwork and local regulations, which isn't always fun, but it's part of the job. Most of our days are spent coordinating between different sites and making sure materials arrive when they should. It’s a lot of phone calls and quick meetings. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the people and the way things work around here. It’s a local business through and through. We just show up every morning and get back to the tasks we started the day before.
