BNS NIDHI LIMITED is located at House No. 7/625 in Vilayanur, which is part of the Palakkad area. The office is actually in a place called Kulathodika Veedu. It’s very much a local, community-focused setup. Because we are based in a house, it doesn't feel like a stiff corporate office at all. It feels like you are just visiting someone’s home to talk about business. We have a simple sign outside so people can find us, but most of our members already know exactly where we are. Palakkad can get very dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables and the ledgers. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment—just the basics like a phone, some calculators, and plenty of notebooks. Most of the people who come here are our neighbors or people from the next village over. We sit down and go through the paperwork over a glass of water. There is no rush, and we don’t use any complicated jargon. We just explain things as they are. The atmosphere is relaxed, though we do take the record-keeping very seriously. When the sun starts to go down, we finish up our last entries, lock the doors, and head home, just like everyone else in Vilayanur. It’s a practical, straightforward way of doing things that fits the way people live around here in this part of Kerala.
