Ayushkara Ayurveda Hospital

We are set up right at Manapullikavu Junction, which is a major crossing point for everyone in this part of town. The Manapullikavu Temple is very close to us, so we often hear the temple music and see the large crowds during the various festivals. It gives the whole area a specific kind of energy. The hospital is a sturdy building, designed more for function than for looking pretty. We have been here for years, and the walls show a bit of age, but everything works the way it should. Inside, it is a mix of the usual hospital atmosphere and the distinct scents of Ayurvedic medicine. We have beds for people who need to stay for a few days and smaller rooms for the people just visiting for an hour or so. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for a long time. We know the tea stall owners nearby and the shopkeepers at the junction. It is a busy place, and sometimes the noise from the buses turning at the corner can be quite loud, even inside the wards. We do our best to keep things tidy, but with so many people coming and going, it is a never-ending task. We do not have a big PR team or fancy brochures. We just do the work that needs doing every single day. It is a plain, honest place for people to come when they need us.
