We are right there at Thekkinkode Junction. The noise from Jubilee Road is just something we have to live with every single day. It’s a multi-specialty place, which mostly means we have a bit more space and a few more rooms than a small clinic would. The building is easy to find once you get to the junction area. Inside, it’s mostly just long hallways and different treatment rooms. We try our best to keep it clean, but with so many people coming through the doors, the floors get marked up pretty fast. We have a simple bench where people wait, and usually, there’s an old magazine or a newspaper lying around. It’s not one of those corporate hospitals with fancy screens everywhere. We still use a lot of paper notebooks to keep track of the schedules. The doctors and the assistants are always moving back and forth. It can get a bit hectic around lunch time. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good spot where people can reach us easily. Most of the folks who come here have been doing so for many years. They know the staff by name and we know their families too. It’s that kind of place. We have a small pharmacy area where we keep the oils and powders. It smells like herbs all the time. That’s just the way it is here on Jubilee Road.
