Al Khor Developers Private Limited is located at Hospital Junction in Mannarkkad. You can find us in Room No 10/663 of Eshal Tower. Being based here in Palakkad means we deal with a lot of different types of land and local conditions. Our office isn't particularly large, but it’s where all the main decisions happen. We’ve got a team that knows the ins and outs of local building rules. We spend our mornings checking on materials and our afternoons visiting the various sites we have going on. It is a busy life, but we like it that way. You won’t find us using a lot of big words or trying to sound like we are something we’re not. We are just developers who understand how to get a building up from the ground. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the rain slowing us down, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We have been at this for a bit now, so we have seen most of the problems that can come up. People around Mannarkkad know us as the guys who show up and get the job done. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out. We just talk to people face to face and tell them what is possible. It is a simple way of doing business, but it works for us and the people we work for.
