Ak & Co.

Ak & Co. is a small place located at 29/147 in Vadakkanthara Post. It’s a quiet area and we’ve been here for a good while. The building is older, but it has some character and it suits us just fine. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. The post office is nearby, which is handy when we have mail to send out. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us at the front desk, and the rest are in the back handling the paperwork or stock. It can get a bit humid here, so we keep the fans running all day long. We don’t use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook are just easier for keeping track of things. Our customers are mostly local people who have been coming to us for years. We don't bother with social media or big advertisements. Word of mouth seems to work okay for a business like ours. Sometimes the roof leaks a tiny bit when the monsoon is really heavy, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. It’s just how things are. We like the pace of life in Vadakkanthara. It isn't hurried, and we take our time to make sure things are done the right way. It’s an honest way to spend the day at work without any stress.
