We are situated along the Ettumanoor Road in the Peroor area. It’s a good location because of all the people passing through on their way to the temple or the main town. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we make our food items. We started out small and have just stayed here, slowly adding more equipment as we needed it. The days usually start early before the sun is too high. We do a lot of traditional food items that take time and patience to get right. There’s no rushing the process if you want it to taste like it’s supposed to. We have a few workers who have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, someone just grabs a broom or a wrench and does it. We deal with local suppliers for our raw materials. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what we need, but we make do. The road can get very dusty in the summer and muddy when the monsoons hit. We just keep the doors open and keep working through it. It’s a steady life, making things people want to eat. We hope you enjoy the stuff we put out, as it takes a lot of effort to make. It's a simple life here in Peroor.
