Manikandan & Company

Manikandan & Company is based in Theerthagiri Nagar, which is over in Karagathahalli, Palacode. It is a nice enough area and we have been set up here for some time now. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a solid, practical building where we handle our daily business. Palacode is a place where people know each other, so we see a lot of the same faces around Theerthagiri Nagar every day. We usually get to work early and stay until the job is done. There is no real secret to how we operate. We just take the orders and do the work that is expected of us. The streets around Karagathahalli can get a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you are driving through, but we like the feel of the neighborhood. It feels more like a community than just a business district. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice, but mostly we are inside making sure everything is running smoothly. We don't go in for all that modern business talk. We just want to do a decent job and stay on good terms with the people around us. That is how we have always done things at Manikandan & Company. It is nothing fancy but it keeps us busy and the work gets done correctly most of the time.
