Poptalk Digital Services (Opc) Private Limited is over in the Pakur Bazar area, right near the Gul Factory. Pulak Kumar Mitra is the one in charge, and the office is located at his place. Being near the market means it is always noisy and there is a lot of energy around us throughout the day. The smell from the nearby shops and the sound of people bargaining is just part of our daily background. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and sit with us while we work. It is a very informal environment. We are an OPC, so it is a small-scale operation, but we stay busy with the digital tasks we handle. The Gul Factory is a good landmark for people who are trying to find us since everyone in Pakur knows where it is. We often have to deal with the heat during the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It is just a job, and we do it from this little corner of the bazar. The shop next door sells great samosas, which is a nice bonus for us. We are just a local business trying to stay afloat and do a good job.
