Our place is at 3/a Jashmin Park, tucked right behind Gaytri Mandir. It’s a decent area, though it can get a little crowded during festival times because of the temple. We focus on circuit boards here. It’s a lot of sitting at benches with soldering irons and small components. The work is technical but we just treat it like any other trade. The office is at the front and the workshop is in the back where all the actual assembly happens. We deal with various types of electronics for different clients. It’s not a massive operation, just a steady group of people who know how to read a schematic. Sometimes the lights flicker when the heavy machinery next door starts up, but we just keep going. We have been in this part of town for quite some time. Most of our days are spent checking connections and making sure the boards are clean. It can be repetitive, but someone has to do it. The tea breaks are the highlight of the afternoon for most of us. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations or corporate talk. It is just a practical space where we work on circuits and hope the courier shows up on time. The floor has some old stains and the desks are scratched, but that is just how a real workshop looks. We focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized through the week.
