You will find us out at Survey No. 475/P in Ekalbara. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, past the main town areas. Oneiro Chemicals Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time. The surroundings are mostly open land and other industrial sites. It is quieter out here than in the big cities, which we mostly like. We spend our days looking at chemical processes and making sure the facility is running okay. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a bunch of us who know the trade. Sometimes the roads get a bit rough during the monsoon season. We have to be careful with the deliveries then. Most of the people working here live nearby in the village or the next town over. We share lunch in the small break room and talk about the day's work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The paperwork can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just how the industry is. We keep the equipment maintained and watch the batches carefully. It feels like a small community inside the gates. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years, more buildings coming up slowly. But we stay focused on our corner of Ekalbara. There is always a stray dog or two hanging around the gate waiting for scraps. We don't mind them much. The sun sets really nice over the fields behind the factory. It’s a quiet place to finish up the day’s work.
