Janta Glass Limited

Janta Glass Limited is located out in Chansad. It’s a small place in the Padra Taluka near Vadodara. We aren't in the middle of a big industrial park with glass walls. We are just out here where things are a bit more open. The work involves a lot of heat and heavy lifting, which is just part of the job. Most of the people working here live nearby in the village or just a short bus ride away. It’s a practical kind of place. We have the machinery and the space we need, and that’s about it. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or expensive furniture for the office. The floors are concrete and the roof is high. It gets loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We’ve been in Chansad for a long time. The locals know us. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making glass and keeping the operations running day after day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just the reality of working in this area. We focus on the daily output and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. There are no fancy titles here, just people doing their jobs and making sure things stay on schedule.
