We’ve got our desks set up and just enough space for our small team to manage the daily operations. Bhadgaon Road can get a bit noisy with the trucks and buses, but once we’re inside, we just focus on what needs to be done. We’ve been operating under the name Thyssenkrupp India Pvt Ltd from this spot for some time. There are no fancy perks or high-end lounge areas here. We have a small area for making tea and a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets stuffy. The local weather in Pachora is quite dry and stays hot for most of the year. We are used to the routine. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who live in Abhiyanta Nagar. It feels like a very human way to run a business.
