Sai Prasad Clinic

Sai Prasad Clinic is sitting on the Main Road in Shindad, which is part of the Pachora area in Jalgaon. Because we are on the main road, we get a lot of people who are traveling through or heading toward Aurangabad. It’s a small village clinic, so it’s nothing like the big medical centers you see in the cities. We have a few rooms and a small area where people can wait. The furniture is old and we don’t have much in the way of fancy equipment, just what is necessary for a regular clinic. The road outside is usually dusty and can get quite loud with the tractors and buses going by. Most of the people who come to see us are farmers or people working in the local trades around Shindad. We talk a lot about the weather and the crops because that’s what matters to the people here. We also serve folks from the surrounding Aurangabad-Maharashtra region who find it easier to come here than go into the bigger towns. It’s a simple operation run by a few of us. We don’t have a big reception desk or any complicated systems. People just walk in, wait their turn, and we see them. It’s honest, daily work in a quiet corner of the district. The clinic has been on this road for a long time and we are just part of the local scenery now.
