Skydine Cafe By Bl Palace is located right on the rooftop of Hotel BL Palace in Vishnu Nagar. To find us, you have to head down Bhagaon Rd, look for Ashirwad hall, and then come up to the top of the hotel in Pachora. Being on the roof means we get a lot of wind, which is nice when the weather is hot. It is not a five-star luxury lounge. It is just a simple place with tables and chairs where you can sit outside and look over the town. We have a small kitchen area where we make the food and brew the tea. In the evenings, the lights of Pachora look pretty good from up here. We spend a lot of time cleaning the dust off the tables because being outdoors means things get dirty quickly. It is a casual spot. You might hear the noise from the street below or music coming from a function at Ashirwad hall nearby. We don't have a huge menu with complicated names. We just serve what people like to eat while they hang out. The staff is just a few of us who run back and forth from the kitchen. It’s a lot of stairs if the elevator is slow, but the air feels better up here than it does on the ground. It is just a local spot for people to relax and see the sky for a bit.
