Shaijal Real Estate Services is situated over on Kuzhalmannam Mankara Road in the Chandapura area. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit now. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated. We mostly deal with land and houses right around here. If you’re looking for something in Chandapura, we likely have it written down somewhere in our files. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to meet people and get the details sorted out. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at sites or meeting owners. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure the boundaries are right and the titles are clear. Sometimes things get delayed because of the bank or the registrar's office, but we just wait it out. We aren't a high-pressure kind of place. We just show what’s available and let people decide for themselves. The road gets a bit dusty in the summer, but it's a good location for us. People stop by on their way through and ask about prices or if any new plots have come up for sale. We try to keep our list updated as things move. It's just honest work, helping neighbors find a spot to build or live. We’ve grown to know the landscape here quite well over the years and we don't plan on moving our office anytime soon as it suits us just fine.
