Our setup at Your Hashtag Sources Llp is a bit different because we are located in Borkheda, Osmanabad. Our address is just a house number, H.N. 431, at the post office area. It’s not your typical tech or media hub, but we make it work from here. Being in a place like Osmanabad means we don't have the distractions of a big city. It’s quiet, and we can actually focus on what we are doing. We do a lot of work related to social media and online sources, even if we are far away from the big metros. We started this because we wanted to do something from our own town. The office is basically just a room in the house with a few desks and a good internet connection. We don't have fancy office furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We drink regular tea and get through our list of things to do. People in the village might not always understand what we do all day on the computer, but we stay busy. It's a small operation, just a few of us working together. We don't use big business words or pretend to be something we aren't. We’re just trying to provide what people need from a small corner of Maharashtra. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. It’s practical and it works for us.
