Varroc Pvt. Engg. Ltd. Plant-3 Pune

We are located out in Limbgaon, which is in the Nanded district. Even though our name says Pune, this specific plant, Plant 3, is right here at the Post office area of Limbgaon. It is quite a drive from the main city, and the roads can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. Most of us arrive early in the morning before the heat really sets in. We do engineering work here, focusing on various parts and machinery components. The plant isn't a fancy place with glass walls. It is a working factory with loud machines and a lot of grease. People from the nearby villages make up most of our team. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generators to kick in, but that is just part of life here. It is a steady job for everyone involved. We keep a close eye on the production schedules and the shifts. The industrial area gets quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up. We do not spend much time sitting at computers. Most of our day is spent on the floor, checking measurements and making sure the machines are running as they should. It is practical, hands-on work. We don't have big meetings or speeches. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. The tea stall down the road is where we usually catch up. It is a simple, hardworking environment for regular people.
