You will find us at Post Lohara BK, which is in the Taluka Lohara area. We work out of Chandakant Umakant Zingzde’s place at survey number 1529. It is a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the bigger cities like Aurangabad or even the main parts of Osmanabad, but for the locals, it is just a short walk or bike ride. Being a Bali Raja Nidhi, we mostly deal with people from the farming community. The office is very simple, often with a bit of mud on the floor from people coming in from the fields. We don't mind it because that is just how life is here. We sit around the wooden table and go through the ledgers by hand many times. The air is quiet except for the occasional tractor passing by or the sound of birds. We have a calendar on the wall and a few photos, but not much else in terms of decoration. It is a humble place. We handle the paperwork for the Nidhi carefully, making sure every entry is correct because we know how hard everyone works for their money. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch when it is too hot inside. People stop by not just for business but to share news about the rain or the harvest. We are just regular people from Lohara BK doing our part to keep the local economy moving without any big corporate airs or complicated talk.
