Sri Projectss Pune

Even though our name says Pune, we are actually based out in Watephal, which is in the Paranda taluka. It’s much quieter out here than in the big city. Sri Projectss Pune has been operating in this part of Maharashtra for a while. Being in a rural area like this means we have to be a bit more self-reliant. If a machine breaks, we often have to fix it ourselves because help is a long way off. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns to mud. Our office is just a basic room where we keep our records and meet with the local guys we work with. Most days are spent out in the fields or at the construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk. We eat our lunch under whatever shade we can find. We don’t have any big corporate policies; we just treat people fair and expect them to do the same. It’s a simple life out here in Watephal. We deal with the local weather and the local problems as they come up. We’ve been doing this long enough that we know most of the suppliers by their first names. It’s about getting the work done so we can get home before it gets too dark. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things right for the people in our area who need it to be done properly.
