This is R.S. Constructions. Even though the name mentions Pune, our main office right now is actually in Latur. We are located care of Siddhivinayak Balrugnalaya, which is near the Khardekar Stop on Ausa Road. Latur is where we do most of our current business. The address is in Dist. Latur, with the pincode 413531. We are right there by the hospital, so it is a very well-known landmark. We handle construction projects in and around this district. Our setup is pretty basic. We have an office where we manage our sites and talk to the workers. Being near Ausa Road makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just build things. Whether it is a house or a commercial wall, we take it on. The team here is mostly local people from Latur who know the area well. It gets very hot here in the summer, so we have to plan our work hours carefully. We spend a lot of time on site making sure everything is going according to the plan. We aren't big on advertising. People usually find us because they live nearby or they know someone we worked for.
