Our place is over at House Number 306/1 in Paranda. It’s not a big city office with a view, it’s just our base in a town that knows the value of a good harvest. Ranmode Agro-Exim Private Limited was started to help move what grows here out to more people. We aren't some distant company that doesn't know the land. We live here and we see the fields every day. The office is simple, just a room with some desks and a lot of talk about prices and transport. Paranda is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, and that’s how we do business too. We don’t use fancy language because we don’t need to. If we say we’re going to do something, we just do it. Dealing with agro-exports means we have to be on our toes because the market changes fast. Some days we are out meeting folks, and other days we are stuck inside doing the paperwork that keeps the government happy. It’s a lot of balancing. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get on a truck by the end of the day. It’s a bit dusty and the internet can be slow sometimes, but we make it work. We’re just local people trying to make a living by helping the agricultural side of things grow a bit bigger than it used to be. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it.
