PARANDA URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

We’re located in Paranda, right on Kurduwadi Road. The office is actually at Dhananjay Madhukararao Sontakke’s house, number 15/22. It’s a local setup, so people from the area don't have to travel far to find us. Being on Kurduwadi Road means there’s always someone passing by. We run the Nidhi operations from here, keeping track of everything in our books. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass doors. It’s more like a place where neighbors come to talk about their savings. We’ve got a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we go over the details. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighbors are out, but we don't mind. Paranda is a small place, so word gets around fast. We handle the daily tasks, like taking deposits and helping people with their small financial needs. It’s a lot of manual work and checking figures. We don't have a big marketing budget, we just rely on being here for the community. Most of the time it’s just us working through the piles of documents. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. If someone has a question, they just walk in and ask. There isn't any fancy gatekeeper or anything. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in our hometown. We keep a small notebook for messages when one of us is out running an errand or grabbing some supplies.
