Our place is out in Osmanabad, specifically at Gat No. 1081 and 1082. We are in the village of Jagaji. If you are driving out this way, you will see it is mostly fields and open space. It is a sugar business, so things get pretty busy during the harvest times. The dust is everywhere when the trucks start moving, and you just get used to the smell of the earth and the crops. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. We have some basic desks and a lot of registers to keep track of what is coming in and out. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, and the fans just move the warm air around, but we do not mind much. Everyone around here knows each other, so there is a lot of stopping to talk about the rain or the lack of it. We spend a lot of time checking the gates and making sure the machinery is running like it should. It is hard work, and the days are long, especially when there is a backlog of sugar to process. We just keep at it because that is what we do. Jagaji is a quiet spot mostly, until the season starts and then everything wakes up. We have been at this address for a while and the local roads are finally getting a bit better, which helps the transport trucks get in and out without getting stuck.
