We’ve got our office at Plot No. 22, Trimurthi Niwas in Datta Nagar. This is over in Osmanabad, on the Yedsi Road. It’s right near Terna College, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. This branch is for Magarpatta Township Development & Const. Company Ltd. Pune. It’s a bit of a trek from Pune, but we manage everything from here for the Maharashtra region projects. The house, Trimurthi Niwas, is where we set up shop. It feels very grounded and local. We have a few rooms dedicated to the construction and development work. Datta Nagar is a quiet area most of the time, though it gets busier when the college students are out. We spend our days looking over site plans and handling the local administration. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We don't go for anything flashy. It’s more about the practical side of building townships. Sometimes we have meetings on the porch when the weather is nice. We’ve been at this Yedsi Road location for a while. It’s a straightforward place with a small, hardworking team. We know the neighbors, and they know what we do. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a group of people trying to keep the projects moving forward. It’s a long way from the city, but we like the pace. We usually head home once the sun goes down and the college quietens.
