Diggi Micro Foundation

Diggi Micro Foundation is located out here in Diggi, which is part of the Omerga Tehsil in Osmanabad. We operate out of House Number 216, which is actually part of Vikas Virbhadra Kavathe’s place. It’s a humble setup, really. We don't have a big glass building or a fancy lobby. Instead, it’s a more personal space where we handle everything. Being in a district like Osmanabad means things are a bit slower than the big cities, but there is plenty to do. We spend our days talking to locals and managing the small-scale work we've taken on. Most people around here know where the house is, so they just walk over if they need anything. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. The rooms are filled with documents and the occasional tea cup. Sometimes the weather out here gets really dry and dusty, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. We’re not trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a few people sitting around a table, making decisions and trying to help out the folks in the village. It can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when everyone shows up at once, but we manage. It’s home-style work, really. No fancy titles, just a lot of practical effort to keep the foundation running smoothly for the community here in Diggi. We don't have a website that works all the time, so we just rely on people coming by or calling us up. It’s a very simple way of living and working.
