We are located at Gala No. 16 in the Dhobale Shopping center. This is at S.No. 16, City S.No. 6538. Most people who live nearby know the shopping center well, so it is easy to find us. We have been working out of this shop for quite a while now. The area is usually bustling with people doing their daily shopping, which makes the days go by faster. We deal with property matters, helping folks find shops to rent or a place to live. It is a very basic business model. We do not have a complicated corporate structure or fancy job titles. Most of the time, it is just two or three of us managing everything from the phone calls to showing people around different sites. We know this local area very well because we spend all our time here. We can usually tell you which buildings are good and which ones might have problems with water or parking. We do not use any polished sales talk. If a place is small or needs work, we just say so. It is better to be upfront. Our office is tiny, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and chatting with the other shop owners while we wait for our next appointment. It is a very local way of doing business. We are not trying to grow into a huge company. We just want to keep working in our neighborhood and helping our neighbors.
