We are based out in Sultanpur village, which is part of the Shevgaon area in Ahmednagar district. Our office is located at the home of Shripati Karanje. It is a very rural setting, far away from the big city lights. Most of the people who come to see us are farmers or local laborers from the surrounding fields. We do not have a flashy office building or a big neon sign out front. It is just a simple place where we sit down with a notebook and a computer to help people manage their small savings. Life here moves at its own pace. In the mornings, you can hear the tractors going by and the birds in the trees nearby. We spend our day dealing with the local community. Everyone knows Shripati's place, so finding us is never an issue for the locals. We do not use any big marketing tactics or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We are just local people helping other local people keep their money in a safe spot. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, which can be annoying, but we just wait it out and finish the work later. It is an honest living. We take pride in keeping the records straight and being a familiar face for those who don't like the big banks in the town. Ahmednagar is a large district, but our world is Sultanpur.
