Most of the people around here are farmers or small shop owners. Our office isn’t in a big glass building; it’s just a regular house that we’ve set up for work. Usually, we are just sitting around the table going over entries and making sure everything matches up. The road outside can get dusty during the summer, but it’s home. We know everyone in the village, so there’s no need for fancy introductions. We just do our thing every day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Osmanabad. We don't have any big corporate goals.
