A3S Ventures Llp

Being out here at P/15 Midc means we’re surrounded by factories and other workshops. A3S Ventures Llp is located right in the thick of the industrial zone, which has its own kind of energy. You hear the sounds of machinery and trucks moving all day long. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got concrete floors and some sturdy shelving for our stuff. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find plush carpets or fancy art on the walls. We care more about having enough power outlets and a roof that doesn't leak during the monsoon. Some days it gets quite dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we spend a fair amount of time dusting off our laptops. We usually eat lunch together at the small canteen down the road or just bring stuff from home. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on the traffic, but once we're here, we just get into the groove of things. We tackle whatever comes our way, whether it's paperwork or logistics. It’s a practical environment for practical work. We’ve been here for a while now and know most of the neighbors. It’s a community of people just trying to get things done. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and head home when the sun starts to go down. The fans on the ceiling hum along all day and that's our soundtrack for getting through the tasks.
