Ocl India Ltd (Dalmia Group)

We are located at Quarter Number 2/D on Street 13 in Sector 5 of Bhlai. Since we are part of the Dalmia Group under Ocl India Ltd, we have a lot to keep track of. Being in a residential sector makes the office feel a bit more like home than a cold business center. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when the shift changes at the nearby plants. We’ve been using this quarter as our base for quite some time now. It’s not very big, but it fits our desks and the old computer we use for the manifests. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small one so people can find us. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we go through the files. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the cement orders processed. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the monthly reports, but usually, we’re out by evening. We know our neighbors and often chat with them over the fence. It’s a very local way of running things. We just try to be reliable and do our part without making a big fuss about it. That’s how we like to operate here in Bhlai. It's not a complicated life, but it works for us and keeps us moving forward.
