Devi Constructions

Devi Constructions is based out of Sonepur in Orissa. Our main point of contact is over at Nilambar Palia, right near the Sub-Treasury. It is a familiar spot for most people who live around here. We have been doing building work in this region for a good number of years. Sonepur is a place we know well, and we have worked on quite a few projects throughout the town. We don't have a big office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. Our work happens outside in the dirt and the sun. It can be exhausting when the humidity gets high in Orissa, but we are used to it by now. We are just a local crew. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to get the walls up straight and make sure the roof doesn't leak. Sometimes we run into problems with getting the right materials delivered to the site on time, which can be a real headache. We just handle it and keep moving forward. Most of our guys have been with us for a long time and they know the drill. We aren't looking to become some massive firm; we just want to keep doing our work in Sonepur and helping out where we can. It is a basic business, run by people who live right here in the community. We just do our best every day.
