We are located in the Ganjam district of Orissa, specifically in a place called Kumbhari. To get here, you usually have to go via Aska. Nalinikanta Padhi is the one who keeps everything running here on the ground. It is a very quiet area compared to the big cities, surrounded by fields and small village houses. We have been here for a long time and we know most of the people in the neighborhood. The office is just a simple room with the basic things we need to stay organized. We don't have high-speed internet that works all the time, and sometimes the power goes out, but we just work around it. That is just how life is in this part of Orissa. We don’t have any big marketing plans or corporate strategies. We just take each day as it comes and try to handle our business properly. Our staff is made up of local people who grew up right here in Ganjam. We speak the same language as our neighbors and we understand how things work in a rural setting. It is not a flashy business at all. We just do our work, talk to the people who come by, and go home when the sun starts to go down. It’s a simple life and a simple way to run a company. We like it that way and haven't felt the need to change anything.
