Vedanta Aluminium Limited

We are based out of Vaishali Nagar in Jaipur, specifically in the Gom Defence Colony area. Our office is located on Sugriv Marg. It’s a decent neighborhood and our building is basically a house that was turned into an office space. You see that a lot around here. We handle the aluminum side of things for this particular region of Rajasthan. We have a few rooms that are filled up with desks and filing cabinets for all our records. It’s generally quite peaceful on our street, unless there’s a delivery truck trying to navigate the turn. We spend our mornings replying to emails and the afternoons trying to track where our shipments have ended up. Aluminum is a heavy and bulky business, so there are always some logistical hurdles we have to clear. We aren't some big corporate headquarters with shiny glass walls and a fancy lobby. We are just a local branch doing our daily work. Our team is small enough that we all know each other’s lunch habits and coffee orders. Jaipur has grown so much lately, and Vaishali Nagar is always busy. We have to work hard to keep up with all the changes. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out for an hour, and we just have to sit and wait. It’s just how things are. We have stacks of metal samples in the corners and maps pinned to the walls. It’s a real working office for regular people.
