Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. Lanjigarh

Our office for Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. Lanjigarh is actually located in Saharsa, Bihar. It’s a bit of a distance from the main plants sometimes, but this is where we handle the regional work. We don't have a fancy building or anything like that. It’s just a standard setup where we keep our records and manage the local side of things. Saharsa is a busy place, and the streets around here can get pretty packed with rickshaws and people going to the market. We just fit right in. The office is mostly about getting the admin work done. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we just keep things tidy and functional. Most of the staff have been here for a while and they know how the company operates. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or marketing ourselves. We just do the work that’s assigned to us by the Lanjigarh division. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. The walls are a bit plain and we could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and make sure everything is in order. It’s a simple, honest workplace in the middle of Bihar. We usually have the windows open to let in a breeze, even if it brings in some of the noise from the street. It feels real and grounded. We focus on being useful to the main branch and making sure our records are accurate.
