Mecon Ltd. Ranchi

We are located in the D/66 unit over in the Nalco Township. It’s a quiet part of the Koraput district in Orissa. Being part of the Ranchi group but based here means we are close to the actual work on the ground. The township is a nice place to be, surrounded by a bit more green than you’d find in the big cities. We mostly help out with the stuff going on at the local plants. Our team is small, so we all know each other well. We share the same few desks and probably too many stories about our families. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the birds outside while you’re checking a technical drawing. We don’t have much use for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies within this office. We just need to make sure the measurements are right and the reports are filed on time. The weather in Orissa can be unpredictable, but we’re used to it by now. We carry umbrellas and keep our boots by the door. It’s a steady kind of life. We don't go around shouting about what we do. If you need us, you know where to find us in the township. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, helping keep things running smoothly in this corner of the state for the long term.
