We spend most of our time out in the elements, managing the mining operations that happen here in Orissa. It’s a tough job, but it’s what we know. The office is really just a base for us to coordinate the trucks and the crews. You won't find any polished floors or fancy art on the walls here. Instead, you'll see maps, safety gear, and plenty of red dust from the local terrain. The staff here is mostly people from around the district, so we have a good understanding of the land. We don't spend time writing mission statements or trying to sound like a big city corporation. We just wake up, get to the site, and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the weather turns bad, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very straightforward life. We focus on the practical side of mining and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Being part of the Jilling community is important to us, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like a permanent part of the landscape. We just stay focused on the daily production and the safety of the crew.
