We are located via Sainkul, which is a bit of a journey if you aren't from around here. Our daily life revolves around the mining operations in this part of Orissa. It’s a rugged area, and the work reflects that. We don't have a lot of time for formalities. Most of us are more comfortable in our work gear than in suits. The office is a hub for the various tasks we have to manage every single day. We deal with a lot of movement, people coming in from the sites, and the constant hum of activity. It’s a small community here, and everyone pretty much knows what everyone else is doing. We don't put on airs or try to impress anyone with big words. We just focus on the mining work and making sure everything is handled correctly at our Karadapal location. The weather dictates a lot of our schedule, especially when the monsoon hits Keonjhar. We’ve learned to adapt to the land and the seasons over the years. It is just steady, hard work in a part of the country that relies on what we do. We take it one day at a time, keeping the gears turning without much fuss. There is always something to do, so we just stay busy with the work at hand.
