Essar Construction India Limited is based here in Kuladera. Our spot is pretty easy to find since we're right near the DIC office on Mining Road in Keonjhar. People around here know the area well because of all the activity. We've been at this Orissa location for a while now, just handling the day-to-day work that comes with the construction business. It gets busy on the road sometimes with all the trucks and equipment moving through. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. Most of the guys are local, so they know the shortcuts around town and the best places to grab a quick tea. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and planning side of things. It can get a bit dusty with the mining traffic nearby, but that's just how it is in this part of Orissa. We try to keep things organized even when it's hectic. We don't really do big speeches or fancy brochures; we just show up and get the job done. If you're coming by, just look for the signs near the government office. It’s a straightforward setup. We've got a small team here who's been working together for years, so we all know how the other person works. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the gear is ready for the next shift.
