You can find us over in Pub Boragaon, near the Gorchuck area in Guwahati. We operate out of the Abdos Lamitubes premises, and Himanga Das is usually the one managing things here. It’s a busy part of town, being so close to Jalukbari and the main roads. The office is often full of papers and people coming in to discuss various financial matters related to the company. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. The humidity in Guwahati can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve got fans and coolers to keep things moving. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for Solar Capitals, making sure everything is documented correctly. It’s a lot of checking figures and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of life here, so we just wait it out or find something else to do until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be a big city firm with glass walls. We’re just a small group of people working in a practical space. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain is really coming down. It’s steady work, and we just take things one day at a time, making sure the local operations stay on track for everyone involved.
