L&T

We have been operating out of the Mangal Bazar area for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Jharsuguda, right near Dinesh Soni's place. Most days we are just busy keeping things moving. L&T is a big name but here at this specific branch, it feels more like a local setup where everyone knows where to find us. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the work done. People come by when they need to talk about projects or if they have some paperwork to drop off. The market gets crowded in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up our outdoor tasks before the traffic gets too heavy. It's not always quiet here, but that is just how it goes in a place like Mangal Bazar. We've got a small team. Everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Most of the locals can point you in the right direction. It's a straightforward operation we've got going here. The building itself is older, but it holds up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s nothing glamorous, just honest work in a busy part of town.
