Jmc Project (India) Limited

Down here in Cuttack, we have a real mix of people working together. Jmc Project (India) Limited is the name on our gate, but you will hear all kinds of languages being spoken in our yard—English, Hindi, Bengali, and Oriya. It is a bit of a mix, and that actually helps us out because we have to talk to so many different people across Orissa every day. We aren't big on fancy titles or sitting in long meetings. Mostly, we are just trying to figure out how to get materials to the right spot or how to keep the workers on schedule. Cuttack is a busy place, and it definitely keeps us on our toes. Sometimes it feels like there are never enough hours in the day, especially when we are trying to juggle three or four different jobs at the same time. We don't have a polished front desk with a receptionist in a suit. It is much more likely that you will find us wearing dusty boots and holding a cup of chai while we look over a map or a stack of delivery receipts. We have been around this part of India for a long time, so we have a good idea of how things work around here. It isn't always smooth, and we certainly make our fair share of mistakes, but we always try to fix them and keep going. We just want to do a decent job and keep everything moving. It is a simple way of living and working that seems to suit our group just fine.
