Isgec John Thompson

We are based in the village of Sangahera, near Nigana in the Rohtak district of Haryana. This is where Bhupender Kumar and the rest of the team handle things. It is a rural area, so things are a bit different here than in the big industrial zones. Our workspace is pretty modest. We use a local building that has been around for a while. It's not a glass-and-steel office tower, just a practical place to sit and work. We have been operating from this location for some time now. Most days are spent looking over orders or making sure the logistics are moving along. Since we are in a village, we know our neighbors and they know us. It’s a very informal environment. We don't wear suits or have big board meetings. We just sit down, figure out what needs to happen, and then we do it. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical issues of working in a more remote area, like slow internet or dusty roads, but we make it work. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We are just a group of people from the Rohtak area trying to keep this business going. We value the fact that we can work from our own community without needing a fancy city office. It's just a regular local setup where we do our best to stay organized and keep moving forward every week.
