Our Visakhapatnam office for Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd. is located in the Sampath Vinayaka Apartments. We’re in flat 202, which is on the second floor. A good way to find us is to look for the Visakha Eye Hospital; we are right behind it. Being in a residential apartment building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial block. You can see the city life happening all around us. Vizag is a beautiful place, and we like being in this part of town. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve converted for our use. We have a few computers, some chairs that have been around for a while, and plenty of files related to our operations. It’s not a polished corporate space by any means. We might have a few boxes sitting in the corner and the occasional stack of old newspapers. It’s a place where we drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. The neighbors in the apartment are nice, and it’s generally a quiet environment for getting work done. We don't have a big staff here, so it’s usually just a few of us. We prefer it this way because it’s easy to manage. It’s a practical base for us to handle everything we need to in this part of Andhra Pradesh.
