Ecl (France)

This part of the business, Ecl (France), operates between Raipur and Bhubaneswar. It sounds a bit strange to have France in the name while being located here in India, but that is just how the paperwork is set up. We spend a lot of time traveling back and forth between these two cities. Sometimes we are in Raipur for a week, and then we have to head over to Bhubaneswar to check on things there. It is a lot of time spent on buses or trains. We don't have one single big office that defines us. Instead, we work from smaller spots in both places. It is mostly about keeping the connections going and making sure the local operations are running. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some days are spent in meetings that go on for too long, and other days we are just catching up on emails in a quiet corner. We don't have a fancy corporate style. It’s more about just getting the job done wherever we happen to be that day. The weather in both cities can be tough, especially when it rains, but we just keep moving. It is a bit of a wandering life, but we have been doing it for a while now and we are used to the pace of it. We just try to keep everything organized and handle the logistics.
