We do construction work, mostly around the district. Cuttack has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to that over the years. The weather can be a real pain during the monsoon, often stopping work for days, but that’s just how it goes in Orissa. Our office is a practical space, not meant for showing off. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth.
