We are based out here in the Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex in Jajpur. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in and out all day long. The Orissa heat gets pretty intense in the summer months, but we just keep things moving at the facility. Being part of the Manpur area means we see a lot of the same faces every day, from the drivers to the local workers who have been here for years. It isn’t fancy office work. There is usually dust in the air and the sound of machinery in the background. Most of us have lived around here or moved for the work. We handle the stainless steel side of things, making sure everything is sorted and ready. It’s a big site, so walking from one end to the other takes a bit of time. Some days are slower when the logistics get backed up, but mostly it is just steady work. We don't spend much time on social media or making things look pretty for a website. We just focus on the metal and the orders that need to go out. The canteen is where most of us catch up during the break, mostly talking about the weather or local news. It’s a straightforward life here in Jajpur. We’ve been at this location for a while now and it feels like home, even with all the noise and the industrial setup surrounding us. It’s tough work but someone has to do it.
