We are based in Bhilai Nagar, specifically at Quarter 17/B on Street 06 in Sector 01. If you are familiar with Durg or this part of Chhattisgarh, you know these quarters are all pretty much built the same way. It is a company town vibe through and through. We have been using this space for the Modern India Const. Co unit for a while now. The street is usually lined with trees, which helps a bit with the intense heat we get here. The office itself is just a regular converted living space, so it feels more like a house than a corporate building. We have the usual stuff inside, nothing fancy, just desks, some old chairs, and piles of paperwork. Most of the people around here work for the plants or related companies, so we are surrounded by neighbors who understand the daily grind. You can hear the sounds of families and kids playing when the workday starts to wind down. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find whoever you are looking for. It is a very direct and honest way to work. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait it out, but that is just part of living and working in Bhilai. We are just one of the many offices integrated into the neighborhood fabric here.
